Did you know that there is a rocket ship in the middle of the city that will propel you up into a Wonderland full of toys, fun activities, gorgeous kids clothing and loads of Christmas fun?

We didn't either until last weekend!

Wonderland Myer Sydney City

Due to a pesky little thing called vertigo, I have issues with escalators. So when we wanted to visit the toy section at Myer in the city (which we discovered was on thte top floor), we made a beeline to the elevators.

Once in the lift we discovered that it was in actual fact a simulation of a rocket ship, which propelled us straight up into the wonderful world of the Myer Wonderland.

When you disembark from the rocket you are immediately in awe of this magical space where there's every toy imaginable and a delightful giftorium to be enjoyed by both big and little people.

There's also a theatre, live entertainment, life-sized toy displays, food carts and loads of opportunities for the perfect selfie.

And towards the end of the year the magic of Christmas arrives, with some of the most gorgeous decorations you will ever see.

Whether you need to buy a toy or not, everyone can visit Wonderland. It's the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city streets with your little people and I'm sure you too will even be in a little awe of this wonderful place.
