In this detailed class, master bakers from the award-winning Classic Cupcake Co will show you how to create these fashionable, ornate, gilded designs that have been popular since the 1700s. They are known as "retro" cakes because of their frilly, over-piped design.

The class will last approximately 3 hours depending on how many people there are in the class, and the previous experience of attendees.
