Here are 10 things that all Sydneysiders should have done at least once in their lifetime - we call it the Sydney Bucket List.

The Sydney Bucket List

1. Walk across the Harbour Bridge (or climb it if you can afford to).

2. Visit Bondi Beach for a swim and a spot of sunbathing/people watching.

A true community carnival full of colour and good old fashioned fun.
3. Catch a ferry to Manly or Watsons Bay for fish and chips for lunch.

4. Have a picnic in the Royal Botanic Gardens and let the kids chase the local birdlife.

5. See a show at the Sydney Opera House, or just go for a sticky beak if you can't afford to see a show.

6. Visit Taronga Zoo to check out all of the amazing animals.

A true community carnival full of colour and good old fashioned fun.
7. Visit the Fish Markets at Pyrmont for freshly caught oysters, prawns and more.

8. Walk from Bondi to Coogee and take in the magnificent ocean views.

9. Have a meal in Chinatown for the most authentic meals outside of Asia.

10. Watch the NYE fireworks in real life - not on TV.
