Do you want to learn how to knit? Or have recently started and would like to meet some new friends to share your creativity with, all while having a good yarn?
The Sydney Knitting Club is the place to learn how to knit and make some new mum friends. They organise knitting classes for beginners and more experienced knitters.
Beginners Class: This class is designed for those who have had little to no experience with knitting needles. Instructors Sharn and Sophie will guide you through the knitting basics and terminology. They'll also get you started on your very own scarf.
Classes take place each month at Darling Harbour on Saturdays at 2pm.
The cost is $69, which includes all the knitting materials and instruction needed for your class. You will also receive a complimentary non-alcoholic drink during your class. The classes run for 3 hours.
It is never too late to enrol your child in a Learn to Swim program at your local City of Sydney aquatic centre. With 5 locations available, there is sure to be one that is convenient for all Sydney residents.
Are your children interested in virtual reality, design and coding or artificial intelligence? If so, they will LOVE learning more at a Australian Immersive Education Academy (AIEA) summer school holiday workshop.
