Sydney’s only dedicated Gluten Free Expo will return this weekend for all your gluten free needs.

Do you have a child or family member with a gluten intolerance or coeliac disease? Head along to the Sydney Gluten Free Expo this weekend and discover more about gluten free living for families.

Brought to you by Coeliac NSW & ACT, the Sydney Gluten Free Expo is the state's only dedicated gluten free expo and will take place on Saturday, 3rd August and Sunday, 4th August at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.

The Expo will feature a range of activities, including:

The dedicated education stage, where visitors can learn more about gluten free living
Tasting gluten free street food
Taking part in kids’ activities
Cooking demonstrations on the Coles stage
Shopping for gluten free specials and bargains, plus so much more.

Over at the gluten free education stage, visitors can hear from expert dieticians and medical practitioners who will share the latest developments in diet, coeliac disease management and research.



Just some of the topics covered for families include:

Gluten related disorders and coeliac disease in children
Healthy gluten free lunchbox ideas
Gluten free meals in minutes
Gluten free living made simple – what do I need to know?

The Sydney Gluten Free Expo will feature a huge range of exhibitors, all showcasing their gluten free or coeliac ranges.



These include Totally Gluten Free Products, Gluten Free Joy, Changs, Two Bays Brewing Co, Cookie Crazy and Well and Good, just to name a few. You can see the full list here.

Tickets are just $15 for adults and $10 for students and concession holders if you buy online, and $18 for adults and $12 for students and concession holders if you buy at the door.

There expo will take place at the Grand Pavilion at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, and you can take advantage of free parking at the racecourse.
