Scout Pilates is a pilates studio in St. Peters that offers ‘mums and cubs’ classes, prenatal classes, group classes and private and duet sessions. They have recently added yoga to their schedule too!

There is a class for every level of experience and fitness. Classes are designed to energise and challenge using a mix of progressive reformer, mat and barre techniques.
New mums with babies up to 12 months old are invited to bring their bub to Mums and Cubs classes.
Not only do these classes provide mums with the support and instruction to regain core strength, pelvic stability, posture and flexibility, they also give you a reason to get out of the house and meet other new mums.
Founded by highly experienced pilates instructor and qualified clinical nutritionist Lucy, Scout Pilates is open to all ages, genders and fitness levels.
Classes use a variety of equipment, small apparatus, reformers, techniques and body weight to realign your body and leave you feeling balanced, stronger and healthier all over.
