Are you an active mum looking for a career change? Kangatraining has an AMAZING opportunity for you!

Could 2020 be the year you discover your dream job? Kangatraining Australia is on the hunt for 5 amazing women who want to discover the best job in the world - taking your baby to work with you and be active as you help other mums get fit and strong.

Kangatraining is a holistic, unique workout designed for postnatal mums to work out safely WITH their baby! In January, you can learn more about what it takes to become an instructor at the one and only Sydney Kangatraining Instructor Course for the year ahead.

This 5 Day Instructor Course will provide you with all the skills you need to become a qualified Kangatraining Instructor in your area. Bring your baby too, if you like!

The course is facilitated by fitness professionals, physiotherapist, midwife, babywearing consultant and Kangatraining Australia’s Country Leader and National Team Leader.

Whether you’re a first time mum or a mother of older children, Kangatraining will fit into your lifestyle to create flexibility and a class timetable that works for you.

Kangatraining is a complete workout designed for postnatal women, but without the logistical nightmare of trying to find a babysitter or the stress of having to settle a crying baby during the class.

The focus of the workout is to enhance cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and muscular capacity and strength. Classes pay special attention to the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and correct posture.

Along with the physical benefits, the emotional benefits include the opportunity to meet other local mums in a fun, relaxed environment.

What is involved in the Kangatraining Instructor Course?

While basic exercise and fitness industry experience are beneficial, the most important attributes for becoming a successful Kangatrainer are a positive attitude and a passion to support other mums to achieve their goals. There are no pre-requisites to complete the program.

Babies are welcome to join in the course with you! Kangatraining Australia understand that life with a little one can make it difficult to attend the program, however due to the nature of the business all babies can come along with mum for the week.

As a fully certified Kangatraining instructor, you will undergo exams in anatomy and postnatal health, and be trained in babywearing safety. This includes the best practices for helping mums learn the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for their babies.

If you want to take the first step toward your dream job, come along to the course and learn more.

If you’d like to try a class near you go to www.kangatraining.com.au.
