I Found Out I'm Pregnant

Hello beautiful mums,
I am a mother of two, 6.5yr and 13mo. I had them both via csec. I had a scheduled contraceptive appointment this week when I found out that I was pregnant. Knowing that I am pregnant just one year post casaerean, I would like to seek your experience on how you manage the pregnancy, how is the post pregnancy like which I assume I have to go for another csec. I am in my mid 30s, so I am thinking a lot about my recovery and managing young kids at same time. I do not have any family members here and due to Covid, no one is able to fly in to assist me. I appreciate all your comments. Thank you
