How do I do this?

Pregnant with number 2 and I had terrible HG last pregnancy.
How do I do this? Partner works away so i'll be here by myself with a 1-year-old. My family works so can come after work to help but I was literally vomiting dusk till dawn for over 3 months last time in and out of the hospital. Had to quit my job etc as I was so sick.
My thinking is to hire a nanny? Putting #1 in daycare isn't something I'm comfortable with and there's no way I'd be able to drop off/pick up if I'm as sick as I was last time.
Any advice? Any ideas? I'm scared
The only thing that helped was an iv but I don't know if I can have that at home?
Help!
