As people everywhere are rediscovering the creativity and joy of making things by hand, Making It Australia, have created a series that celebrates professional, amateur craftspeople skilled across various disciplines, ready to push themselves beyond their comfort zone, and to create handmade items from the heart.
Network 10 went beyond the limits to scourer every shed and corner every crafter, to introduce 13 incredibly talented Makers, ready to showcase their artistic genius, unique skills and passion for their craft on 10’s epic new crafting and DIY series, Making It Australia.
The Top Makers will need to saw, sequin, and sculpt their way through a series of challenges for their shot at the $100,000 grand prize and title of Master Maker.

Based on traditional stories about Dhinawan (Emu) including the black space in the Milky way known as 'Emu in the Sky’, this interactive program includes colouring a picture of the 'emu in the sky' - viewed from an Aboriginal perspective, and attaching emu feathers or using them as medium to '
