These April school holidays, NSW Parliament is excited to open its doors for the fifth annual Festival of Democracy!

When: Tuesday 15 April, 9:30am - 3:00pm
Where: NSW Parliament House, 6 Macquarie St, Sydney

This jam-packed day of discovery, learning, and hands-on activities will bring civics, citizenship and the history of Australia's first and oldest legislature to life for five to 12-year-olds and their parents/carers:

A ticket is required for each person over four years old who is attending and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To register, click the link below and then select the number of adults. Scroll down to add child tickets.

Keep the fun going with Macquarie Street Adventure!

Before or after your visit to the Parliament of NSW, enjoy more free, family activities from our partners along Macquarie St at the State Library NSW and Museums of History NSW.

As part of Macquarie Street Adventure, children will receive a booklet when arriving at their first location. At each location, kids get a sticker in their adventure booklet. Collect all three, and they'll get a prize - it's a great way to make history fun!
