The Forest Bathing Walk is an antidote to high-stress, fast-paced modern lives. Informed by the Japanese practice of "shinrin yoku" or forest bathing, this type of mindful walking is calming and soothing to the nervous system and can help boost your immune system.
Over the four week program you'll explore different pathways to reconnect to nature. Sessions involve guided meditation, sensory awareness walks, bush tea ceremonies and nature exploration activities.
