As soon as Summer hits Sydney, it's not only the cicadas that start buzzing outdoors - so do quite a few large cinema screens! From the suburbs to the city, outdoor cinemas pop up everywhere. And all of them show family friendly films for you to enjoy. Here is a great list of where they are all at!

This is our favourite outdoor cinema in Sydney, because it's just for kids and it is FREE!! There's family friendly entertainment before each movie and it's also close to the amazing Darling Quarter playground, so you can have a play too.

Another awesome free outdoor cinema for all of us to enjoy. The focus of the films showing is definitely on families, with the schedule covering films for young kids, up to your older teens.
