Family Friendly Museums in Sydney

[ add your business to this list ]
We are lucky in Sydney to have lots of museums that actively welcome families, and offer exhibitions especially designed for children. Here are the 4 most family friendly ones, which are all worth a visit, but be sure to check out their current exhibitions online, to help you decide which one to see first!
Sydney Observatory, The Rocks
For older kids interested in space, the Sydney Observatory has amazing exhibitions about astronomy, the digital Planetarium, and 3 amazing telescopes to view the sky. If you take the tour at night you'll also be able to see the stars, moon and possibly even Venus, if it's the right time of year.
