Highlights of the festival, which spans the 70th Mosman Art Prize exhibition and the 75th anniversary of HMAS Penguin, include HMAS Penguin Freedom of Entry, Mosman Art Prize, the Festival Opening Concert, Childrens Fair, Pets Day Out, Concert by the Beach and Festival Cinema Under the Stars.
Activities include jumping in the giant inflatable panda ball crawl, face painting, patting scaly, slithery zoo friends, moving to the tribal beats of the African drumming sessions, a teacup rides or sailing the high seas on the pirate ship.
With over 120 stalls displaying local produce, handmade artisan works, gifts and community groups as well as a Main Stage program, International Dance Floor, The Break music competition and a range of free activities for kids and the whole family.
Highlights of the day include Australian Wildlife shows, Taronga Zoomobile, Mosman Vet displays, Bark Busters Walking master class, DOGA by Rancan Sisters Fitness and performances by Dancing Dogs R Us.
The day will include gift and novelty stalls, carnival rides and amusements, animal attractions, food stalls, live music performances from all our ensemble groups as well as local entertainment groups including a set by Jelly Bean Jam.
