Do you love all things chocolate? Dark chocolate? Milk chocolate? Even white chocolate?

Well, my fellow chocoholics, Friday 7th July is our day to celebrate, and indulge in, our love of chocolate. It's World Chocolate Day and there are a variety of options on where to celebrate this delightfully delicious occasion:

Koko Black

In exciting news Koko Black is partnering with Lune Croissanterie on World Chocolate Day to create a decadent treat especially for the occasion. The Belgian Truffle Croissant is a twice-baked croissant, which combines Koko Black's award-winning chocolate with Lune's finest pastry. What's not to love about that?

The Belgian Truffle Croissant will be available from 7th July - 9th July in the Westfield Sydney store and The Strand store, but be quick as there will be limited quantities available.



Haigh's Chocolates

Australia's oldest family chocolate makers, Haigh's Chocolates, have created two new chocolates for World Chocolate Day, designed to evoke the nostalgia of baking and making slices at home.

The Milk Lemon Slice and Dark Hedgehog Slice will be available on Friday 7th July from Haigh's stores in Westfield Miranda, Castle Towers, Queen Victoria Building, Strand Arcade, Westfield Bondi Junction and Chatswood Chase.



Cocina del Barrio

At Spanish restaurant Cocina del Barrio in Newtown, you can indulge in a degustation of "all things chocolate".

This will include your choice of chocolate beverages, chocolate soup, savoury dishes and of course a selection of desserts. There will also be a chocolate fountain, with a selection of fruit and lollies to dip, flowing all night.

Throughout the night you will also learn about the history of chocolate and enjoy a side of chocolate trivia too.

The event will be held on Friday 7th July from 6.30 - 9.30pm at Cocina del Barrio in Newtown. Bookings are essential.



Godiva

To celebrate World Chocolate Day Godiva is offering the first 200 customers at each store, who sign up to their mailing list, one Mixed Chocolate Soft Ice Cream Cone. This offer is limited to one per person and is for in-store redemption only.

This offer is available on Friday 7th July 2023, between 10am - 12 noon, at selected stores including Chatswood.

Why not treat yourself with one of these decadent options on World Chocolate Day, after all, it's the perfect excuse.
