Gelato + Beer? Yes please! Frenchies Brewery , the renowned independent brewery located in The Cannery , Rosebery, is joining forces with Gelato Messina to bring you an extraordinary beer float activation with a twist, just in time for the Fourth of July.

For four days only, from 6th to 9th July, Frenchies' bar will be transformed into a beer and gelato paradise. You won't want to miss this carefully curated and tested selection of beer and gelato pairings, available for just $15 each.

Prepare to indulge in a range of delectable combinations, such as the refreshing Blood Orange Sorbet paired with Aperitivo Seltzer, or the delightful Coconut and Lychee Gelato matched with Lapèrouse or Hazy XPA. You can also savour the heavenly combination of Strawberries and Cream Gelato alongside the Hazy XPA. And if that's not enough, there's the Mango Sorbet with the Mango Milkshake IPA or the Raspberry Sorbet accompanied by Kamchatka.

These beer floats offer more than just exquisite flavours; they also promise a touch of theatricality. As the beer and gelato come together, prepare for some visually stunning and unexpected displays. This is a beer float experience like no other!

While you're enjoying the beer floats at Frenchies, Gelato Messina's store, just a few doors down in The Cannery, will be open, serving their full range of 40 flavours. It's the perfect opportunity for a midweek treat or a leisurely weekend activity with your family or friends.
