I've been a Fitness coach for 15 years, trained 300+ people and completed over 10,000 hours of Training.
Our high-intensity strength and conditioning workouts are here to challenge you, push you further, and actually show you the progress you're making, workout after workout.
Expect workouts that challenge your limits and truly test your strength and speed. Our sessions, including real boxing and strength training, are designed for women of all fitness levels.
In each 40-minute session, you'll work hard, see progress, and improve your physical and mental resilience. Join a community of women aiming for better health and enjoy the social side of fitness.
