Nominations are now opens for community members who have improved the health and wellbeing of others.

Do you know someone in the Greater Sydney region who has made an outstanding contribution to the community by improving local health and wellbeing? Nominate them for the Blackmores Mercie Whellan Women and Wellbeing Awards 2019!

Blackmores is inviting nominations for the awards from now until Sunday, 24 February. These awards celebrate the women of Greater Sydney region and recognise the positive contributions caregivers, health leaders and advocates have made to their community.

There is no better place for children and teens to let their imaginations run wild these school holidays, than the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), which has holiday programs on offer throughout Sydney.
The winners will be announced at an International Women’s Day Gala Dinner on Thursday, 7 March. The dinner will feature guest speaker Sam Bloom, the 2018 Women’s World Adaptive Surfing Champion whose inspirational story is told through the best-selling book Penguin Bloom.

The awards are run by Blackmores, Australia’s leading natural health brand, in partnership with CCNB, trusted advisors in community health, aged care and disability.

There are five award categories, which are StrongBeing, ChangeBeing, CommunityBeing, YoungBeing, and the major winner will receive the Mercie Whellan WellBeing award.

For the winners, there is $6000 prize money and participation in a leadership mentoring program on offer. You can read more about each category here.
