10 Best Kid-Friendly Museums in Sydney

Where To Take The Kids for a Museum Fix.

Unless you're a particular fan of history or art, a museum might be the last place you think of taking your kids, especially the under 5s.

While many preservation sites are still best enjoyed by adults, we are lucky in Sydney to have a raft of museums that actively welcome families, and offer exhibitions especially designed for children, even as young as pre-schoolers.

At Sydney Mums Group, we love museums, and thought it worth celebrating them, with a list of 10 Family-Friendly Museums, including some from the amazing Sydney Living Museums collection.

Follow the hyperlinks and recommendations below, to find the museum you'd like to visit.
