? Anonymous Post? Spotting after C Section Why?

Hello mums. I had c section 15 months ago and since then I am getting spotting out of my periods. I never had this problem in my whole life until I had c section. My ultrasound is due tomorrow but I just want to inquire other ladies if anyone have had this problem. I hope its nothing serious as I'm extremely worried.
