Starting this week, Mums can learn to surf at the Ladies Learn to Surf series at Wet'n'Wild in Western Sydney!
The surfing lessons will take place in the wave pool at Wet'n'Wild, and you will be learning to surf with other women in a non threatening environment. There won't be any of the territorial surfers to contend with who inhabit the beaches on the coast of Sydney. It also won't be crowded, as it will only be you and your fellow lady learners using the wave pool at Wet'n'Wild.
The instructors are fully trained and accredited from Surfing NSW. A lesson costs $30, or you can pay the bargain rate of $75 for 3 lessons. All you need to provide is your swimmers and a towel, oh and a healthy attitude. The surfboard, wetsuit, rash vest, sunscreen and zinc are provided for you to use.
At this stage the hour long lessons are on Fridays at 8am, however they are also taking expressions of interest for a post school drop off lesson at 9.30am. Imagine how many giggles you would have with your fellow school Mums!
For further information and to book your lesson online head to Wet'n'Wild's website. Please note the prices do not include entrance into the Wet'n'Wild park rides.
