If the airconditioning is on blink and you don't have a pool, maybe do one of the activities on this list, to keep cool in Sydney, on a hot summer's day!

Ideas to keep cool in Sydney

1. Visit your local pool

2. Visit a kid friendly beach

3. Visit an indoor play centre or go ten pin bowling

4. Go to the movies

5. Visit your local air conditioned shopping centre

6. Get an annual pass to WetnWild Sydney, so you can visit whenever you want

7. Visit one of Sydney's free water play parks

8. Head to an indoor museum and enjoy their airconditioning - Sea Life Aquarium in Darling Harbour is a good example

9. Go ice skating - there are rinks in Baulkham Hills, Macquarie Centre, Canterbury, Penrith, Alexandria and Liverpool

10. Go old school, and hook up a sprinkler in the garden (check out your water restrictions before you do this in the middle of the day)
